Advising client’s as to their entitlement from a deceased Estate if they consider that what they have been provided for in the Will is insufficient or if they have not been provided for at all in the Will.

Negotiating a client’s claims to their entitlement from a deceased Estate when no or improper provision has been made.

Litigating a client’s claims to their entitlement from a deceased Estate when no or improper provision has been made.
